Location
White Lion is currently has a new opening for a Sales Account Delivery Driver reporting to the Director of Sales.
This individual will deliver to wholesale accounts and work closely with the sales team to convey inventory information and customer feedback. This is a fast-paced position that involves lifting, lowering, and carrying kegs and cases. Qualified candidates must have a valid Driver License. Experience driving a heavy loads is a plus. This position is ideal for someone who is dependable, flexible, and enjoys working autonomously with little
direction. We are a rapidly growing organization so this position has significant growth potential.
Compensation & Benefits
- $18-21 / hr - adjusted based on experience and performance
- Paid time off (10 days years)

Responsibilities
- Operate company vehicles in accordance with company safety policies & procedures, while maintaining overall cleanliness and organization of the vehicle
- Physically load and unload delivery van while dealing with obstacles such as curbs, docks, tight parking lots, etc.
- Verify van is loaded accurately before leaving with deliveries for the day
- Ensure keg and case inventory is accurate and organized at warehouse
- Deliver beer to various accounts, reviewing orders to ensure accuracy and collecting payment and empty kegs as appropriate
- Provide excellent customer service, answer inquiries and field questions or concerns from accounts
- Unload / stock product in the area designated by the customer, ensuring product is cold stored and properly rotated for freshness
- Assist in accounts receivable collection
- Adhere to set delivery routes and windows
Job Requirements
- Must be able to represent White Lion Brewing in a professional and responsible manner
- Excellent oral and communication skills, as well as driving and route mapping skills
- Valid driver’s license with a clean RMV and safe driving record - no suspensions or at fault accidents within the last three years, no DUI/DWI within the past seven years
- One year of experience driving a van or truck preferred
Physical Demands & Occupational Exposure:
- Ability to frequently lift and/or move 25lb cases and lift and/or move 165lb kegs
- Frequent maneuvering in and out of delivery vehicle
- Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision,peripheral vision, depth perception, and ability to adjust focus

White Lion has a new production brewery, taproom, and kitchen at 1500 Main Street, Springfield, MA. It is located in the heart of the Business Improvement District and in proximity to the Dining District, MassMutual Center, Symphony Hall, the School Department, Sheraton and Marriott Hotels, 6,000 office workers, and MGM Casino. The new Taproom location is anticipated to open in June 2021. It will include a 5,500 sq. ft. production brewery, 2,500 sq. ft. refrigerated and dry storage space, and a 2,200 sq. ft. taproom/kitchen at the corner of Main & Bridge Street. The taproom will offer indoor seating as well as seasonal outside seating. Guests have the option to stop in to pick up fresh beer to go, or, relax and have a pint with great food options.
